Carolyn Craig has been the Chief Executive of New Directions since 2016 and has worked in the Voluntary Sector for forty. She has led on the reprovisioning of care from a long-stay learning disability hospital and designed and delivered services for people with severe and enduring mental health issues.

Her time with New Directions has seen sustained growth and reputation for driving forward innovative and person-centred practice.
